Long runs, for other people

I keep going.

I’ve run the length of Ireland four times and the length of the UK. These are the ones with a date and a cause on record.

Every one of these started as a video like that one. The long runs are where the talking happens.

    21 September to 13 October 2026

    For Shannon’s Hopeline.

    All 32, one 5K each

    A 5K every day

    500 days by 29 July 2024
